The knockout phase of the UEFA Champions League has seen a flurry of activity for Links Broadcast as English teams have entertained their European counterparts at home.
The Champions League round of 16 has seen two of our HD uplink trucks in action at Arsenal v Barcelona in February, two HD trucks at Tottenham Hotspurs v AC Milan in March and HD trucks at Manchester United v Marseille and Chelsea v FC Copenhagen. The success of the English teams Tottenham, Man United and Chelsea has already seen enquiries coming in for the quarter finals and beyond, as Head of Broadcast, Paul Airey, explains. “With the Champions League final in London’s Wembley Stadium this year, we’re already seeing a lot of interest from clients looking for facilities to cover this and the preceding rounds. And our experience across the earlier rounds means that we’re well positioned to provide the reliable services that clients need for such a major sporting occasion”.
Links Broadcast’s bookings team are available now to take bookings for the future Champions League rounds.
